We’re proud to have won national awards including Best UK Workplace 2023, Best UK Workplace for Women 2023 and Excellence in Wellbeing awards 2023.<br>&nbsp;<br>We're looking for an experienced picker/packer to join our Webshop Fulfilment Team.<br>&nbsp;<br>Your main role will be picking and packing our range of products:<ul><li>Taking customer orders and locating the chosen items from our shopfloor or warehouse, ensuring that all items (including parts that make up a set) are chosen accurately and that the right quantities are selected.</li><li>Selecting the right packaging for the product, follow agreed procedures accurately and label the item correctly.</li></ul>&nbsp;<br>Depending on the business needs you will also work as part of the wider Warehouse team at times, helping to unload deliveries, store or move goods safely and logically, updating our stock inventory systems and bringing items to the shopfloor on request.<br>&nbsp;<br>The successful candidate:<ul><li>Will have picking/packing experience.</li><li>Be able to work accurately, quickly and have good numeracy skills.</li><li>Take pride in making sure each customer receives the right order, carefully picked and packed, within the agreed timescales.</li><li>Will have an eye for detail and ensure quality control at the final stage of the despatch process.</li><li>Have good IT and administration skills.
