We’re proud to have won national awards including Best UK Workplace 2023, Best UK Workplace for Women 2023 and Excellence in Wellbeing awards 2023.<br>We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Web Shop Fulfilment Team Leader&nbsp;to oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce fulfilment team. You will be responsible for leading a team to ensure accurate, efficient, and timely picking, packing, and dispatch of online orders, while maintaining high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.<br>This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of warehouse processes, inventory management, and e-commerce logistics.<br>Key Responsibilities:</p><ul><li>Lead and supervise the daily operations of the fulfilment team.</li><li>Oversee the picking, packing, and shipping of web shop orders to ensure accuracy and efficiency.</li><li>Monitor daily order volumes and allocate resources accordingly to meet dispatch deadlines.</li><li>Ensure team compliance with health &amp; safety procedures and company policies.</li><li>Implement and monitor KPIs to track team performance and productivity.</li><li>Train, coach, and support team members to achieve high levels of performance and morale.</li><li>Work closely with customer service, inventory control, and logistics departments to resolve any issues related to orders, returns, or stock discrepancies.</li><li>Identify process improvements and support the implementation of new fulfilment systems or tools.</li><li>Ensure proper use and maintenance of warehouse equipment.</li><li>Provide regular reporting to management on fulfilment performance and issues.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Proven experience in e-commerce fulfilment, warehouse operations, or a similar logistics role.</li><li>Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred.</li><li>Strong understanding of order fulfilment processes and best practices.</li><li>Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to lead by example and motivate a team.</li><li>Competent in using warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).</li><li>Comfortable working under pressure to meet tight deadlines.</li><li>Flexible, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs.</li></ul>Desirable:<ul><li>Experience with platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, or similar e-commerce systems.</li><li>Forklift license or relevant equipment handling certifications.</li><li>First Aid or Health &amp; Safety training.</li></ul><p style="box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem; line-height: 1.5; color: rgb(89, 89, 89); margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; margin-block-end: 0.75rem; font-family: &quot;Indeed Sans&quot;, &quot;Noto Sans&quot;, &quot;Helvetica Neue&quot;, Helvetica, Arial, &quot;Liberation Sans&quot;, Roboto, Noto, sans-serif; font-style: normal; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; font-weight: 400;">You will need to be comfortable with manual handling and working at pace.<br>This is a full time, permanent position.
