<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">What you'll be doing...</h3><p>The Warehouse Team Manager will play a pivotal part in ensuring compliance is to Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the team and colleagues are working in a safe, secure, clean, and friendly environment.</p><p>The role will be fast paced and will cover all areas of HR including recruitment, training, and developing the team as well as managing performance and ensuring KPI’s are being achieved.</p><p>You will be responsible for:</p><ul><li>Overseeing the day to day operation and management of warehouse colleagues</li><li>Assisting the Shift Manager with daily and weekly workload planning and volume forecasting</li><li>Producing accurate and timely reports to monitor performance</li><li>Working to timescales and KPI’s</li></ul><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"><i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i></button></div>
