<h2>About the role</h2><p>We are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join us in our Magor<strong> site</strong>. </p><p>Working in our distribution centres mean fast paced environments, excellent attention to detail with the ability to think quickly and work as part of a team to ensure orders are picked accurately and on time with seamless delivery to our customers. </p><p>This role is working any 5 days from 7, Double Day and Night<strong> shifts. </strong> </p><p>Prior to employment, you must successfully complete a drug and alcohol test</p><h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><p>Picking and packing customers orders, using a hand held terminal to understand pick expectation</p><p>Receiving storing and stacking appropriately </p><p>Working with the best integrity to fulfil all stock requirements and needs</p><p>Maintaining a clean and safe environment with health, safe, legal always top of mind</p><p>We have LLOP's and FLT's in operation on our sites, and successful individuals will need to be trained on both functions to operate in all areas of the DC. </p><p>Our distribution centres typically have ambient, chilled and freezer sections, you will be expected to work in all environments. </p><p><br></p><h2>You will need</h2><p>As a warehouse operative, being flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment is essential. </p><p>You should be hardworking, able to work to set deadlines, and have a professional, positive, organised, and enthusiastic approach. </p><p>While proven experience in a warehouse environment would be preferred, it is not essential. </p><p>You should be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
