Click here - <a href="https://theairambulanceservice.org.uk/campaigns/edi/">EDI - The Air Ambulance Service</a></li></ul><p><strong>✨</strong><strong> What You’ll Be Doing:</strong></p><p><span><strong>Logistics Planning & Delivery</strong></span></p><ul><li><span>Plan and manage daily vehicle routes and driver workloads to ensure timely servicing of clothing banks, shop stock deliveries, and collections.</span></li></ul><p><span><strong>Team Leadership</strong></span></p><ul><li>Lead a small team of drivers with compassion and consistency, supporting performance through fair delegation, coaching, and recognition.</li></ul><p><strong>Fleet & Compliance Oversight</strong></p><ul><li>Ensure vehicles are roadworthy and safe, conducting and logging all necessary pre-use checks.</li><li> Monitor driver hours, behaviour, and telematics data, addressing non-compliance with courage and clarity.</li></ul><p><span><strong>Stock Bank & Donation Support</strong></span></p><ul><li> Coordinate regular collections from clothing banks across the patch, managing overflow risks with proactive communication.</li></ul><p><strong>Retail Support & Collaboration</strong></p><ul><li>Work in partnership with Area Managers and store teams to plan and fulfil retail stock movements efficiently</li><li>Ensure timely, safe, and professional delivery of shop stock, including furniture and bulky goods, delivering with a customer-first mindset</li></ul><p><strong>Performance Monitoring & Reporting</strong></p><ul><li>Report against regional transport KPIs weekly, including service rates, bank collections, driver performance, and cost indicators.</li></ul><p><strong>🚀</strong><strong> What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><span>2+ years’ experience in logistics, transport, or fleet operations </span></li><li><span>Proven ability to manage routes, schedules, and vehicle allocation efficiently</span></li><li><span>Sound knowledge of transport legislation, driver hour limits, and vehicle safety compliance</span></li><li><span>Experience leading or supervising a team, with confidence in feedback and task setting</span></li><li><span>Proficiency in using digital tools for reporting, routing, or fleet tracking</span></li><li><span>Organised, adaptable, and responsive to operational needs</span></li></ul><p><strong><em>💛</em></strong><strong><em> What’s In It For You:</em></strong></p><p>At TAAS, you’ll be part of a passionate and committed charity that’s making a real difference every day.
