We endure any condition, observe every detail, and are building a community that believes in living bravely and coming together to support game-changing people.Here, opportunities are everywhere - to try something new, to learn, to do meaningful and impactful work, and they're yours for the taking.Position Overview:<div><div>What You'll Do: </div><div><ul><li>Lead the technology suite that builds and maintains trade, order fulfillment and logistics related platforms.  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Become the business partner and suggest technological solutions to promote business growth </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work extensively with 3PLs, define and manage changes to EDI messages, and manage technical relationships </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Ensure high quality of developed technical solutions; perform system updates within technical and business guidelines </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Maintain expert level knowledge of the ERP system, D365 and other integrated systems </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Should be able to understand the technical challenges and suggest solution to support the enterprise architecture </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Resolve system and business problems and serve as an L2/L3 support for production break-fix issues </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Work with Product Owners, and help in estimating and sizing of the business requests </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Monitor team member performance, set individual goals, and perform yearly reviews  </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Improve team engagement within company policy  </li></ul></div><div></div><div>Let's Talk About You: </div><div><ul><li>7+ years’ experience as a technology lead, implementing Enterprise solutions </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>3+ years’ experience as a supply chain solution expert, supporting continuous improvement </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>University Degree in relevant discipline such as Business, Information Technology, Management, or Information Systems, or equivalent of experience </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience working with agile/scrum methodologies </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>5+ years experience in D365  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Change Management and SOX related knowledge is an asset</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven experience in translating business requirement into systems requirement </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Deep understanding of Supply Chain principles in distribution, logistics, and ecommerce order delivery </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Excellent problem-solving skills  </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong working experience with 3PLs to enable logistics and transportation processes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong acumen and system knowledge in ecommerce order fulfillments. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>In depth knowledge of tools and techniques to support best practices in business analysis </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience working with multiple software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience implementing and supporting D365 ERP solution.  </li></ul></div></div>What’s in it For You?<ul><li>A company built on Canadian roots and heritage</li><li>Your work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards Program</li><li>Opportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programs</li><li>Recognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards & ICON Rewards</li><li>Be a part of CG Gives.
