display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">Specialists/Patternmakers</span> to ensure all product categories meet the highest standards of precision, consistency, and luxury fit according to the Global Fit Strategy.</p><p></p><p>This role acts as a connector between the vision set by the Director of Global Fit and the day-to-day operations of fit <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word; display: inline; text-decoration: inherit; hyphens: auto;">development—supporting</span> fit sessions, upholding consistency in brand fit standards, team mentorship, and cross functional collaboration, to deliver a seamless, global luxury fit experience.</p><p></p><p>This is an opportunity for a technically skilled and people-savvy leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering consistent fit for a discerning global luxury customer.</p><p></p><p><b>About The Role:</b></p><ul><li>Lead, coach, and develop a team of Fit Specialists to execute the global fit strategy.</li><li>Partner with the Director of Global Fit to cascade direction and key initiatives across the team.</li><li>Participate in creation of and monitor adherence of global fit standards and libraries including fit blocks, measurement guides, size charts, grading rules, POMs etc.</li><li>Streamline and optimize the fit review process, ensuring alignment and consistency with brand standards in partnership with Product Development.</li><li>Champion fit excellence, standardization, and consistency across Design, Product Development, Technical Design, and Product Education to ensure fit goals are met.</li><li>Act as a quality control gatekeeper for fit-related processes and communication.</li><li>Identify and resolve fit issues swiftly and accurately through technical and pattern making expertise and data analysis.</li><li>Track team performance, capacity, and calendar adherence, flagging risks to leadership.</li><li>Participate in seasonal fit reviews and provide seasonal tools for product education as well as insights to inform product creation and process improvements.</li><li>Educate Fit Specialists, internal cross-functional teams as well as global vendors and manufacturing partners on fit standards, best practices, and luxury fit expectations.</li><li>Support Director of Global fit in industry research and competitive analysis and share findings along with recommendations to the product creation team to keep the brand at the forefront of luxury fit standards.</li><li>Support the Director of Global Fit in fit documentation updates and process innovation.</li><li>Support the integration and adoption of fit technologies and new tools in collaboration with leadership.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>About You:</b></p><ul><li>10+ years of experience in technical design and pattern making for luxury brands.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree or certificate in Fashion Design, Patternmaking, Technical Design, or related field is advantageous.</li><li>Experience in PLM, Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator &amp; photoshop, Gerber (or related pattern making software).</li><li>3D experience a plus</li><li>Strong foundation in garment construction, fit analysis, grading principles, and pattern making.</li></ul><ul><li>Previous leadership or mentorship experience within a product team.</li><li>Experience working with 3D software (e.g., CLO) is a plus.</li><li>Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask</li><li>Collaborative, solution-oriented mindset with a passion for fit and the luxury customer experience.</li><li>Ability to adapt and thrive in a global, cross-functional setting.</li><li>Passionate about evolving processes and embracing innovation.</li><li>Clear communicator who can bridge technical language and creative vision.</li><li>Energized by fast-paced environments and high standards of execution.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Working Conditions:</b></p><ul><li>Hybrid Model – <span style="overflow-wrap: break-word;
