</div><div><ul><li>Supporting the Head Office Learning and Onboarding team with administrative and project tasks &nbsp;</li><li>Key point of contact for learning and development queries&nbsp;</li><li>Multiple inbox management &nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining training records and booking training courses on SuccessFactors Learning&nbsp;</li><li>Coordinating and organising room bookings while engaging participants and ensuring relevant materials are available&nbsp;</li><li>Data inputting into learning systems and support compilation of training compliance data&nbsp;</li><li>Logging and dealing with SuccessFactors enquiries&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring compliance with Head Office and International deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Ensuring the department provide a quality experience to all colleagues and stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Managing purchase orders and invoices&nbsp;</li><li>Maintaining the ARIS processes for relevant topics &nbsp;</li><li>Facilitation of Head Office welcome events and some course delivery&nbsp;</li><li>Supplier engagement&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><ul><li>Motivated with exceptional people skills and the ability to communicate and engage with colleagues at all levels&nbsp;</li><li>Enthusiastic about the training and development of employees &nbsp;</li><li>Experienced and confident using administrative system and managing information on a database&nbsp;</li><li>A strong multi-tasker with good organisational skills &nbsp;</li><li>Ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines&nbsp;</li><li>Uncompromising attention to detail&nbsp;</li><li>Able to use their own initiative&nbsp;</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
