</div><div><p> </p><ul><li>Supporting the day-to-day administration of the team <span> </span></li><li><span>Managing recruitment email inboxes </span><span> </span></li><li><span>Raising purchase orders and processing invoices</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Professionally and accurately responding to enquiries from candidates and suppliers</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Supporting the candidate selection processes as required such as interview scheduling, applicant correspondence</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Managing the temp recruitment process and collaborating with our agencies<span> within the office environment</span> </span></li><li><span>Handle queries around contracts and documentation</span><span> </span></li><li><span>Create and check employment contracts</span><span> </span></li></ul><p> </p></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>
</div><div><p> </p><ul><li>Previous administration experience essential </li><li>Previous experience in a recruitment or HR environment would be beneficial </li><li>Good communication skills </li><li>A strong multi-tasker with good organizational skills and the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines </li><li>Uncompromising attention to detail </li><li>Able to use their own initiative </li><li>Knowledge of Google suite will be advantageous</li><li>A good team player with the ability to also work independently </li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
