In return our senior management team will invest time and energy towards helping you to push your career to the next stage, whatever that looks like for you.</span></p><p>Grind is a hospitality company that lives in London. Since opening Shoreditch Grind in 2011, the brand has expanded across London with restaurants and café-bars, burning the candle at both ends to serve coffee, food, and cocktails to a killer soundtrack.</p><p><span>To be eligible for this role, you will need to demonstrate confidence in leading the Front of House floor team. You must drive service and sales, and be the constant face of energy and passion on the floor!&nbsp;</span></p><p>We expect&nbsp;previous experience in restaurant management, strong experience in supporting a busy team, and a<i>&nbsp;'work&nbsp;</i><i>with</i><i>&nbsp;the team'&nbsp;</i>approach/attitude at all times.
