<p><strong>What is the role&nbsp;</strong></p><p>We have an exciting opportunity for students who are currently studying a relevant Marketing or English Language degree (preferably with interest in fashion) to join us for a&nbsp;placement starting July 2026. This is a full time office based role working in our Peterborough Head Office.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>The role will be varied with the opportunity to experience a busy, growing, marketing office in the fashion industry. The role will support the work of the Content, Trading &amp; SEO teams with input, research and administration whilst gaining knowledge and understanding to help put theory into practice</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you will do&nbsp;</strong></p><p>Content Team:</p><ul><li>Loading product to the website ensuring accuracy</li><li>Maximising sales opportunities through product links such as mix and match and complete the look</li><li>Writing optimised copy for Marketplaces</li><li>Improving on site search optimisation</li><li>Working with product samples to ensure correct stock is used for trading sheets and returned for sale when complete</li></ul><p>Trading Team:</p><ul><li>Working across our brands to complete landing page updates</li><li>Improving on site search optimisation</li><li>Completing navigation amendments to keep in line with the current trading direction</li><li>Trend building and optimising on site collections</li><li>Updating creative team on digital marketing channels</li><li>Completing product packs for large shoots</li><li>Competitor analysis and reporting</li></ul><p>SEO Team:</p><ul><li>Writing blogs in line with rising SEO keywords and trading direction</li><li>Researching, writing and completing category copy</li><li>Conducting keyword research</li><li>Conducting outreach tasks</li></ul><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What you will bring&nbsp;</strong></p><ul><li>A passion for Marketing</li><li>An interest in the inclusive fashion industry</li><li>Good communication skills – verbal and written</li><li>The ability to work as part of a team as well as on own initiative</li><li>Good time management &amp; organisational skills</li><li>A self-motivated and proactive approach to completing given tasks</li><li>A willingness to learn &amp; the ability to work under pressure</li><li>Good attention to detail</li><li>A commercial outlook and a keen business sense</li><li>A proven record of good attendance &amp; flexibility</li><li>The ability to adapt to frequent change in a high pressure environment</li><li>Commitment to behaving with integrity and professionalism at all times</li></ul>
