Be able to bring commercial ideas to the table that improves the KPI's. </li><li class="">Act as an escalation point for any customer queries or concerns quickly and effectively, leaving them with a positive experience</li><li class="">Coach and develop your team to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and maximise productivity and profitability. Lead the team with positive and regular feedback and training.
