We are currently recruiting a Bike Mechanic.</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d993e17e-7fff-edc9-06a3-8648b13528d3">&nbsp;</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d993e17e-7fff-edc9-06a3-8648b13528d3">As a Bike Mechanic, you will be expected to provide a high level of customer service, assemble bikes in store and manage associated assembly sign-off/ health &amp; safety paperwork and certificates. You will help your team achieve daily targets and ensure that the store is well stocked and well presented at all times*.&nbsp; Successful candidates will work as part of a fast-paced and dynamic team.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d993e17e-7fff-edc9-06a3-8648b13528d3">Training in bike assembly and health &amp; safety is provided.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d993e17e-7fff-edc9-06a3-8648b13528d3">Our Stores are open 7 days a week and we need our Bike Mechanics to be as flexible as possible to ensure that it succeeds. Weekends are our busiest trading days so it is likely that you will be required to work on these days.</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d993e17e-7fff-edc9-06a3-8648b13528d3">This is a temporary contract.&nbsp;</strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d993e17e-7fff-edc9-06a3-8648b13528d3">Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d993e17e-7fff-edc9-06a3-8648b13528d3">Previous experience working in bike assembly/ repairs desirable</strong></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d993e17e-7fff-edc9-06a3-8648b13528d3">Some experience in mechanical, hands-on role desirable&nbsp;</strong></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d993e17e-7fff-edc9-06a3-8648b13528d3">Personal interest in biking/ bikes would be advantageous</strong></p></li><li dir="ltr"><p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d993e17e-7fff-edc9-06a3-8648b13528d3">Good organisational skills essential to manage assembly certificates/ health &amp; safety paperwork</strong></p></li></ul><p><br>&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>This is a temporary contract, with a rate of pay of £12.50 per hour for over 21 and £10.25 per hour for under 21.&nbsp;</strong></p><p><strong>The rate of pay for hours worked between 10pm and 7am is £14.37 for over 21's and £11.78 for 18-20</strong></p><p dir="ltr"><strong id="docs-internal-guid-d993e17e-7fff-edc9-06a3-8648b13528d3"></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p dir="ltr">&nbsp;</p></div>
