The role partners closely with Sales, Merchandising, Finance, and Global Planning teams to deliver accurate forecasts, strong in-season performance, and disciplined inventory management across the region.</p><p></p><p><i><b>What You'll Do:</b></i></p><p></p><p><b>Planning &amp; Forecasting Execution</b></p><ul><li>Manage the EMEA Wholesale and Travel Retail planning process, including seasonal forecasting, inventory planning, assortment planning, and in-season trading.</li><li>Maintain and update regional forecasting files, including FY and seasonal forecasts at account level.</li><li>Partner with Sales to align forecasts and budgets, highlighting risks and opportunities.</li><li>Support the development of Seasonal Account Plans and Long-Range Plans in partnership with Sales.</li></ul><p><b>Commercial Analysis &amp; In-Season Support</b></p><ul><li>Analyze sales, ATS, inventory, and sell-through by account to identify performance trends and support commercial actions.</li><li>Provide regular reporting and in-season decision support to Sales and Merchandising to optimize full-price sell-through.</li><li>Prepare materials and insights for regional forecast reviews and business updates.</li></ul><p><b>Demand &amp; Supply Alignment</b></p><ul><li>Support regional order book management and end-of-season balancing to align demand with supply.</li><li>Track forecast accuracy and key planning KPIs, ensuring data accuracy and timely reporting.</li></ul><div></div><p><i><b>Let's Talk About You:</b></i></p><ul><li>Minimum 7 years of planning experience within Wholesale, Retail, or E-Commerce in Europe</li><li>Experience working in multi-market or regional environments</li><li>Bachelor’s degree required</li><li>Advanced Excel skills with strong retail math capability</li><li>Solid understanding of forecasting, inventory management, and assortment planning</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights</li><li>Collaborative working style with confidence partnering cross-functionally</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What’s in it For You?</b></p><ul><li><p>A company built on Canadian roots and heritage</p></li><li><p>Your work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards Program</p></li><li><p>Opportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programs</p></li><li><p>Recognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards &amp; ICON Rewards</p></li><li><p>Be a part of&nbsp;<i>CG Gives</i>.
