This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping our guests’ dining experience — bringing fresh ideas, delivering consistently excellent food, and inspiring a motivated kitchen brigade</p><p><strong>The responsibility.</strong></p><ul><li>Prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standard ensuring that they meet agreed menu specifications</li><li>Support the Head Chef in managing kitchen performance including the cost control, purchasing, stock management, menu development &amp; team training</li><li>Ensure compliance with all food safety, health &amp; safety, fire &amp; security regulations</li><li>Create a positive collaborative kitchen environment that celebrates success and encourages learning</li><li>Drive commercial performance by maximising revenue across the restaurant, bar &amp; functions</li><li>Take ownership of opening &amp; closing procedures including supervision of kitchen porters</li><li>Support the Head Chef in monitoring guest feedback and take proactive steps to continuously improve</li></ul><p>&nbsp;<strong>Additional Information</strong></p><p>This is a 40 hours per week role 5 shifts over 7 days including evenings, weekends &amp; bank holidays.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience chef at CDP level or higher</li><li>Previous responsibility of ordering and stock management</li><li>Organised, confident &amp; self-motivated</li><li>Food Hygiene Level 2 or higher</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>An opportunity like this at Frasers is for the fearless.
