In this role, you will be responsible for managing trailer movements to ensure goods are delivered on time and undamaged, helping to improve overall logistics performance.</p><p><strong>Shift Pattern:&nbsp;</strong>One week<strong>&nbsp;</strong>6am-2pm, one week 2pm-10pm (rotation)&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Pay Rate:&nbsp;</strong>£31,664.36 per annum + £2,453 shift allowance + £63.60 weekly bonus</p><p><strong>What will you be doing as Shunter Driver:</strong></p><p>You will initially follow the daily plan set by the Transport Supervisor/Yard Controller, then work independently to position trailers as required, ensuring the smooth flow of operations.
