<div class="jobDesc">As part of the growth of our accessible luxury lingerie and nightwear brand, we are now looking for a bright and hardworking person to join our dynamic Marketing Department in the role of Shoot Production Marketing Assistant. The Shoot Production Marketing Assistant’s role is to help ensure that the Marketing Team is producing Ecommerce and Campaign shoots in a timely and efficient manner. This is the perfect first role for someone who wants to break into fashion marketing. The main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:Ecommerce Shoot Production Assistance:<ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Liaising with the Ecommerce and Buying teams once it has been identified that there is sufficient product to fill two days worth of shooting.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Keeping the calendar for the brand’s Photographic Studio in Westfield Shepherd’s Bush, and ensuring it is presentable before and after each shoot, booking cleaners and returning product.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Liaising with the Marketing Director and Head of Brand & Community to confirm bookings for Ecomm shoot Models, Hair & Make-Up Artist, Stylist, Photographer and equipment, including sending out call sheets to the above.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Setting up and maintaining a database of models post Casting Session approved for usage by the Marketing Team for Ecommerce and Campaign Shoots. </li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Attending the Studio the day before the shoot to set up the product ready to be photographed, in the correct order and collecting any props required.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">On the day of the shoot, you will be responsible for:</li><ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="2">Greeting the Photographic Team and helping them get set up in a timely fashion</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="2">Running - getting coffees, lunches, etc - to help ensure the Team stays focused on getting the images</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="2">Working with the team to ensure that the workflow and administrative processes are followed correctly and that the product folders are set up accurately</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="2">You may be asked to adjust the product on the model on set (training to be provided)</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="2">Ensuring that contact sheets are sent by the Photographer to the Marketing Director and Head of Brand & Community</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="2">Ensuring that product is correctly packaged up ready to return to Head Office or the warehouse as directed.</li></ul></ul><ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">After the shoot, you will be responsible for:</li><ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="2">Liaising with the Retoucher to ensure that all retouched images are uploaded to the correct folder on the Shared Drive</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="2">Ensuring stock is returned to Head Office/the warehouse</li></ul></ul>Campaign Shoot Production Assistance:<ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Assisting the Marketing Director and Head of Brand & Community in the administration of setting up Campaign Shoots, covering items as diverse as sharing call sheets to taking behind the scenes footage of the shoot on an iPhone.</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Post shoot returning samples and completing paperwork.</li></ul>Your skills and expertise:<ul><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">You must be visually aware with an attention to detail in everything you do</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Professional and keen to meet our standards</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">A collaborative team player with a hands-on approach</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Able to work under your own initiative</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Well presented with great communication skills: you will be representing our brand</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Strong problem solving and organisational skills</li><li dir="ltr" style="font-family: 'book antiqua', palatino, serif;" aria-level="1">Accurate Excel/Google docs skills </li></ul>Are there any benefits?In return you will be offered a competitive salary, good holiday entitlement, fun working environment with regular social events and some great benefits including generous discounts across the brands within Theo Paphitis Retail Group.  </div>
