The Off-Price Sales Support Coordinator will beresponsible for supporting the Buying Director with the management of Off-Priceaccounts at Crews Head Office.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><b>Responsibility:</b></p><p class="paragraph"></p><ul><li><span>Support the Buying Director with management of customer accountsfor Crews Off Price Business.</span></li><li><span>Working closely with the product and merchandise team to ensureorders are collated, placed, and delivered on time. </span></li><li>Supporting the customer accounts with marketing material /seasonal photography and samples.</li><li>Working alongside the product, merchandising and QA team toensure garment quality and delivery are as per the customers’requirements. </li><li>Supporting with the Negotiating on prices, and delivery toensure that sales and margin are achieved.</li><li>Establish and maintain working partnerships alongside buyingteam with the existing and future supplier base </li><li>Ensuring all departments within Crew Clothing team are aware ofcustomer and supplier procedures covering IT / Importing & ExportingLogistics / Finance / QA /Warehousing departments, to be reviewed and updatedseasonally. </li><li>Working with the internal teams on preparation of showroom forcustomer meetings.</li><li>Attend customer meetings with the Buying Director. </li><li>Management of samples for the partners orders.</li><li>Management of on time delivery to customers of orders.</li><li>Maintain strong customer / supplier relationships. </li></ul><p class="paragraph"><b>Key Skills & Experience:</b></p><p class="MsoNormal"><i><span>Essential – </span></i></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst"></p><ul><li><span>Educated to degree standard</span></li><li>5 +years relevant experience in the retail industry.</li><li>Preferable previous experience with discount retailers</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and supplier managementskills.</li><li>Good organisational skills.</li><li>Sourcing & Sales experience in the clothing sector advantageous.</li><li>Fabric experience would be an advantage.</li><li>Thorough understanding of the development process & production fromdesign concept to finished delivered goods.</li><li>Understanding of shipping, export & import process – experience withdirect working with overseas suppliers.</li><li>Exposure to sales / customer / working relationships.</li><li>Understanding of the Budgeting process.</li><li>Broad knowledge / understanding of the clothing industry and tradingenvironment.</li><li>Ability to work under pressure / timeline.</li><li>Self-motivated and motivating.</li><li>Commercial awareness.</li><li>Good organisational skills.</li><li>Efficient Negotiation skills.</li><li>Confident comminutor & presenter.</li></ul></div></div></div><!----><!---->
