You'll be the bridge between HQ and retail, driving performance, wellbeing and capability while ensuring people practices are scalable, compliant and culturally aligned.</p><p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><ul><li><p>Lead the design and delivery of people frameworks across performance, wellbeing, and capability.</p></li><li><p>Partner with business leaders to align people strategy with commercial goals and growth plans.</p></li><li><p>Provide HR support and guidance across UK retail, from employee relations to workforce planning and leadership development.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with local consultants in Germany to ensure compliant and culturally adapted practices.</p></li><li><p>Embed performance review cycles, feedback frameworks and development pathways.</p></li><li><p>Design and evolve wellbeing and engagement initiatives across HQ and retail.</p></li><li><p>Oversee cross-border compliance, partnering with external advisors where needed.</p></li></ul><p><strong>About you</strong></p><ul><li><p>Experienced senior HR professional with a background in multi-site retail.</p></li><li><p>Proven track record of building and embedding HR frameworks within fast-growing, international businesses.</p></li><li><p>Strong understanding of UK and European employment law (experience with Germany is a real bonus).</p></li><li><p>Commercially astute, structured and solutions-focused.</p></li><li><p>A natural relationship builder who can engage and influence at all levels.</p></li><li><p>Passionate about developing people, driving wellbeing and creating high-performing, inclusive cultures.</p></li></ul><p>This is a brilliant opportunity to make a tangible impact within a retail brand that's scaling internationally, where you'll have autonomy, influence and space to innovate.</p><p>If you're an experienced HR leader looking to combine strategy with impact, we'd love to hear from you.<br><br>Please apply with your most up to date CV. </p><p>BBBH34632</p></dd>
