<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><strong>Senior PPC Manager | Hyper Growth Retailer | Merseyside</strong></p><p>Zachary Daniels are delighted to be supporting this hyper growth retail business in the appointment of a Senior PPC Manager to bring into their ever growing business.<br><br>As Senior PPC Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activity and long-term strategy across our clients PPC channel.</p><p><strong>Main Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><p> Develop, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms including Google,Bing, and Criteo, encompassing paid search, shopping, display, remarketing, and video.</p><p> Oversee and strategise the allocation of the PPC marketing budget across all of our markets.</p><p> Implement and optimise campaigns across multiple languages and regions, tailoring strategies to diverse market dynamics and consumer behaviours.</p><p> Constantly review and optimise campaigns to enhance ROAS and other key performance indicators. Utilise advanced strategies and analytics to discover opportunities for increased efficiency and growth.</p><p> Analyse performance data and campaign outcomes to refine targeting, messaging, creative elements, and overall effectiveness.</p><p> Stay informed on industry trends, tools, and best practices, leveraging this knowledge for continuous improvement.</p><p> Conduct A/B testing and other ad testing strategies to enhance ad performance and achieve cost-effective results.</p><p> Identify new PPC opportunities and present actionable insights to the business.</p><p> Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role.</p><p><strong>Requirements, Skills and Experience:</strong></p><p> 4+ years' experience of PPC channel management within a fast-paced, in-house environment.</p><p> Strong knowledge and experience using key platforms such as, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Bing Ads and Google Tag Manager.</p><p> Experience overseeing and managing large PPC channel marketing budgets.</p><p> Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.</p><p> Experience working across UK & EU markets.</p><p> In-depth knowledge of the functioning of all digital marketing channels.</p><p>Salary/Package:</p><p> Competitive salary.</p><p> Sliding scale annual bonus scheme.</p><p> 5% employer pension contributions.</p><p> Private healthcare.</p><p> 26 days holidays plus bank holidays.</p><p> 40% staff discount.</p><p> Death in service scheme: 4x annual salary payout.</p><p> Free on-site gym.</p><p> Free on-site EV chargers.</p><p> </p><p>BBBH34379</p></dd>
