You'll play a key role in delivering a consistent, high-quality people experience across multiple sites, working closely with managers and partnering with the wider People team to support performance, engagement and culture.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What you'll be doing</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Act as a trusted advisor to managers, providing day-to-day HR guidance across employee relations, performance and people matters.</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Manage end-to-end ER cases, carrying out investigations and supporting fair, timely and pragmatic outcomes.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Support and upskill managers through coaching and training, building confidence in handling people issues.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Partner with HR Business Partners to embed effective, compliant HR practices across sites.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Use people data and reporting to identify trends, support decision-making and feed into the wider People strategy.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Maintain accurate HR systems, case logs and reporting for leadership.</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">About you</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">An experienced HR professional with strong generalist and ER experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Confident advising and coaching managers, with the credibility to build trust quickly.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Commercially aware, organised and solutions-focused.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Comfortable using data and insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes.</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Passionate about people, culture and working in a high-energy hospitality setting.</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">This is a great role for someone who wants visibility, variety and the chance to make a real impact within a people-led business.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">If you're looking for a Senior HR Advisor role where you can truly get stuck in, we'd love to hear from you.</span><br><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Salary c45,000 - £50,000 </span><br><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Please apply with your most up to date CV! </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">BH35172</span></p></dd>
