The business operates a diverse estate combining retail and e-commerce environments, offering variety, pace, and real influence for a commercially minded Senior Finance Business Partner.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">You'll be joining a supportive, high-performing finance team where your insight will directly shape operational performance and strategic decisions across the retail divisions.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>The Role</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Partner with retail operational leaders to drive performance, profitability, and efficiency across multiple sites.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Deliver accurate and insightful financial reporting, translating numbers into meaningful actions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Lead budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reviews for the retail operations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Analyse sales mix, labour costs, and margin performance to identify risks and opportunities.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Support pricing, menu development, and promotional strategies with robust financial analysis.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Build and maintain financial models to support investment appraisals and business cases.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Present financial insights to senior leadership, influencing commercial and operational decisions.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Work closely with the Commercial Finance teams to align forecasts and performance metrics.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Continuously improve processes, systems, and reporting to enhance business partnering capability.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>About You</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA).</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Proven experience in a multi-site <strong>retail, or FMCG</strong> environment.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Strong commercial mindset with the ability to challenge and support senior stakeholders.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Confident communicator who can translate financial data into clear business insight.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Strong influencing and relationship-building skills across finance and operations.</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Proactive, organised, and adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment.</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>What's on Offer</strong></span></p><ul><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>£65,000 - £75,000 per annum</strong></span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;"><strong>20% annual bonus</strong></span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Hybrid working model - 3 days in office</span></li><li><span style="font-size: 8pt;">25 days holiday + bank holidays</span></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Zachary Daniels and our client are both equal opportunity employers.
