Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our UK Finance team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting. Working closely with the Global FP&A team, Financial Accounting team, and budget holders, you will deliver accurate insights that inform strategic decisions. Acting as a trusted business partner to senior stakeholders, you will provide financial guidance and influence decisions that support growth and operational efficiency.You'll be;<ul><li>Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts by gathering inputs and updating models.</li><li>Supporting in preparing P&L, balance sheet, and cashflow forecasts.</li><li>Assisting in the development of forecasting models, sensitivity analysis, and scenario planning.</li><li>Preparing variance analysis and assisting in monthly reporting packs for review by the Finance Director.</li><li>Reviewing departmental spending and provide commentary on variances to budget holders.</li><li>Preparing channel and departmental P&Ls with accurate reconciliations.</li><li>Performing detailed analysis and provide data-driven insights to support projects and cost control.</li><li>Analysing sales trends and performance metrics for UK/EU/ROW regions, providing data-driven recommendations that support growth and strategic planning.</li><li>Supporting global FP&A finance team with ad hoc analysis.</li><li>Assisting in KPI reporting and reconciliation of sales data to BI reports.</li><li>Assisting with audit preparation and contribute to process improvement initiatives.</li><li>Working closely with wider Finance teams to deliver seamless financial operations and compliance with internal policies and external regulations.</li><li>Participating in ad hoc projects and initiatives to assist the wider business.</li><li>Assisting where necessary with delivery of the ERP project.</li></ul>You'll have;<ul><li>Qualifed  accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 2+ years PQE in FP&A or Commercial finance.</li><li>Commercial awareness, understands business drivers and their financial impact.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Proactive with a questioning and challenging mindset.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build trust and collaborate effectively across teams and seniority levels.</li><li>Experience with international wholesale (B2B) and e-commerce business models is desirable.</li><li>D365 and PowerBI experience preferred.</li><li>Strong excel skills.</li></ul>
