People are at the heart of our retail concept, and we want to invest in our staff and make the future extraordinary.</p><p>As a result of our expansion plans, and our continued ongoing success we are seeking a dynamic Sales and Operations Team Leader to be based at our Head Office in Plymouth.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p><p>As part of a busy department, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to help support Head Office and Stores. No day is the same – typical duties include:</p><span><ul><li>Data Collection Operational Support</li><li>Supporting the department with daily duties</li><li>Creating work plans for specific projects to execute across the business, in particular retail</li><li>Liaise with key departments and stake holders across Stores and Head Office</li><li>Be able to show due diligence and follow up regarding projects and the team</li><li>Managing and allocating departmental workload</li><li>Supporting the Office Manager in people related issues within the department</li><li>Ensure team members are providing an efficient service to support store and head office operations</li><li>Operational support for stores and head office departments</li><li>Creating and administrating users on in-house systems</li><li>Creating and communicating various tasks and reports</li><li>Ensure any compliance related tasks are complete, analysed and feedback given to relevant Senior Managers</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Knowledge and Skills:</strong></p><span><ul><li>A background in project planning or supervision in the retail sector is advantageous to this role</li><li>High degree of accuracy is essential</li><li>Ability to multitask and show strong organisation skills</li><li>Can work to deadlines and manage deadlines with all stake holders</li><li>A team player is essential to build communication with all departments</li><li>Excellent IT skills, particularly in relation to the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>A true team player underpinned with great communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Have the ability build relationships and influence both internal and external stakeholders.</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Pension</li><li>Long service awards</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li><li>Flexible working</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position: </strong>Permanent, Full-time</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Plymouth, Devon</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div><div class="row" style="margin-top: 5vh;"><div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-4 col-sm-offset-4">
