This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated manager who can step in quickly, provide stability, and drive team success.</span></p><p data-start="1054" data-end="1304"><span style="font-size: small;">As Sales Manager (Telephony), you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the telephony sales team. You'll be responsible for ensuring performance standards are met, team members are coached and supported, and customer experience remains excellent.</span></p><p data-start="1306" data-end="1557"><span style="font-size: small;">Your leadership will be key in motivating the team, driving conversion, and ensuring compliance with FCA regulations. You'll also work closely with colleagues across the business to support smooth operations and ensure sales objectives are achieved.</span></p><h2 data-start="1564" data-end="1589"><span style="font-size: small;">Sales Manager Responsibilities:</span></h2><ul data-start="1590" data-end="2165"><li data-start="1590" data-end="1646"><p data-start="1592" data-end="1646"><span style="font-size: small;">Manage and motivate a team of 4 sales professionals.</span></p></li><li data-start="1647" data-end="1707"><p data-start="1649" data-end="1707"><span style="font-size: small;">Ensure sales targets and KPIs are consistently achieved.</span></p></li><li data-start="1708" data-end="1773"><p data-start="1710" data-end="1773"><span style="font-size: small;">Deliver regular coaching, mentoring, and performance support.</span></p></li><li data-start="1774" data-end="1894"><p data-start="1776" data-end="1894"><span style="font-size: small;">Monitor and report on key performance metrics, including call handling, customer satisfaction, and conversion rates.</span></p></li><li data-start="1895" data-end="1965"><p data-start="1897" data-end="1965"><span style="font-size: small;">Maintain high service quality and compliance with FCA regulations.</span></p></li><li data-start="1966" data-end="2023"><p data-start="1968" data-end="2023"><span style="font-size: small;">Implement and uphold company policies and procedures.</span></p></li><li data-start="2024" data-end="2088"><p data-start="2026" data-end="2088"><span style="font-size: small;">Address challenges within the team promptly and effectively.</span></p></li><li data-start="2089" data-end="2165"><p data-start="2091" data-end="2165"><span style="font-size: small;">Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.</span></p></li></ul><p data-start="2334" data-end="2420"> </p><h2 data-start="2427" data-end="2454"><span style="font-size: small;">Sales Manager Skills &amp; Experience:</span></h2><ul data-start="2948" data-end="3389"><li data-start="2948" data-end="3012"><p data-start="2950" data-end="3012"><span style="font-size: small;">Strong track record in team leadership and sales management.</span></p></li><li data-start="3013" data-end="3068"><p data-start="3015" data-end="3068"><span style="font-size: small;">Background in FCA-regulated industries (preferred).</span></p></li><li data-start="3069" data-end="3128"><p data-start="3071" data-end="3128"><span style="font-size: small;">Excellent coaching, mentoring, and motivational skills.</span></p></li><li data-start="3129" data-end="3189"><p data-start="3131" data-end="3189"><span style="font-size: small;">Proficiency with CRM systems and telephony technologies.</span></p></li><li data-start="3190" data-end="3271"><p data-start="3192" data-end="3271"><span style="font-size: small;">Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to improve performance.</span></p></li><li data-start="3272" data-end="3334"><p data-start="3274" data-end="3334"><span style="font-size: small;">High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.</span></p></li><li data-start="3335" data-end="3389"><p data-start="3337" data-end="3389"><span style="font-size: small;">Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.</span></p></li></ul><p data-start="3412" data-end="3570"><span style="font-size: small;">This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated sales manager to take ownership of a high-performing team and make a real impact. </span></p><p data-start="3795" data-end="3894"><span style="font-size: small;">If you're a dynamic sales leader ready to take on a new challenge, we'd love to hear from you!</span></p><div>BBBH34322</div></dd>
