<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><span style="font-size: 10pt;"><strong><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">Reward Analyst - Initial 6 Month FTC</span></strong></span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">£40,000 + benefits | Hybrid / Flexible location</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">We're partnering with a well-known business on the search for a Reward Analyst to join their People team on a 6-month fixed-term contract, with potential to go permanent.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Reporting into the Lead Reward &amp; Benefits Manager, this role will play a key part in supporting upcoming pay and bonus activity, working closely with People Partners and wider group teams.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What you'll be doing</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">You'll support across a range of reward and data-focused activity, including:</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Preparing pay and bonus review files (Excel)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Distributing pay and bonus files</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Data validation and sense-checking</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Supporting with data queries (pay, bonus and Your Contribution)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Reporting on pay and bonus outcomes</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Producing pay and bonus letters (mail merge)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Supporting with benchmarking (nice to have, not essential)</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What we're looking for</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Strong Excel skills (basic formulas, sums, VLOOKUPs, pivot tables)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Comfortable working with data and high levels of detail</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Confident communicator who can collaborate with People Partners and group teams</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Organised, accurate and methodical in your approach</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Experience with mail merge is helpful but not essential</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">The details</span></p><ul><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Contract: 6-month FTC (with potential to go permanent)</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Salary: Starting around £40k, with flexibility depending on experience</span></p></li><li><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Location: Flexible / hybrid (open to a few locations)</span></p></li></ul><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">If this sounds like something you'd be interested in, or you'd like to know a bit more, please apply with your most up to date CV! </span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">BH35164</span></p></dd>
