This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Talent Acquisition, even if you’re just starting out.</p><p>In this role, you’ll support the end-to-end administrative processes for high‑volume retail recruitment, including hiring and onboarding of Sales Assistants across our UK store estate. With over 400 hires every week, you’ll play a vital part in keeping our retail operations running smoothly.</p><p>You’ll regularly communicate with a range of stakeholders, including Store Management teams and Shared Services HR, ensuring that candidates and colleagues receive a seamless and professional experience. If you’re meticulous with detail, thrive in fast-paced environments, and have the drive to solve challenges head-on, this could be the perfect first step into a career in Talent.</p><p><strong>What you'll be doing</strong></p><ul><li>Supporting recruitment administration for high-volume retail hiring</li><li>Processing new starter documentation and Right to Work details</li><li>Coordinating interviews and managing candidate queries</li><li>Communicating regularly with Store Managers and HR</li><li>Maintaining accurate data and records across our systems</li><li>Handling inbox and phone queries from candidates and colleagues</li><li>Supporting the wider Talent team with ad-hoc tasks during busy period</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Administrative or HR experience (recruitment experience is beneficial, not essential)</li><li>Confident communication skills – especially on the phone</li><li>Strong Excel skills</li><li>Ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders</li><li>Determination, resilience, and the ability to stay focused under pressure</li><li>A quick learner who picks up systems and processes easily</li><li>Someone who thrives in a fast-paced commercial environment</li></ul><p>We don’t expect you to join us with recruitment experience.
