They will assist in the execution of store functions in relation to operational efficiency while maintaining the brand's expectations of quality and authenticity.</h2><h2><br><br><b>What You’ll Do:</b></h2><ul><li>Achieve or exceed personal sales targets and support the store’s overall target</li><li>Build a positive store environment through effective communication, collaboration and partnership with the management team</li><li>Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions</li><li>Follow store operating procedures to minimize store shrink</li><li>Handle all Point of sale (POS) transactions in compliance with company standards</li><li>Ensure overall accuracy in inventory and proper organization and accessibility of Canada Goose’s products</li><li>Process inbound and outbound shipment, replenishment, damages, return to vendor, etc.</li><li>Support in the overall upkeep of physical store maintenance and standards</li><li>Maintain Visual Merchandise directives</li></ul><h2></h2><h2></h2><h2><b>Let’s Talk About You:</b></h2><ul><li>Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer focused environment</li><li>Proven record of maintaining successful store operations</li><li>Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high traffic locations</li><li>Strong organization skills and a keen attention to detail</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment</li><li>Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems</li><li>Excellent communication and social skills</li><li>Basic skills in Microsoft Office, specifically, Word and Excel</li><li>Bonus points for proficiency in another language</li></ul><p><b>What’s in it For You?</b></p><ul><li>A company built on Canadian roots and heritage</li><li>Your work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards Program</li><li>Opportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programs</li><li>Recognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards &amp; ICON Rewards</li><li>Be a part of<span>&nbsp;</span><i>CG Gives</i>.
