This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-loved, people-first retailer that puts customers and colleagues at the heart of everything they do.</p><p data-start="622" data-end="880">As Regional Manager, you'll lead, support, and inspire a group of stores across the North West. You'll be a hands-on leader, focused on driving commercial results, developing your teams, and ensuring every store delivers an outstanding customer experience.</p><p data-start="882" data-end="1170">This role is perfect for someone who thrives on balancing sales performance with people leadership.
