Understanding who we are, where we are from and where weare going will be key to the candidate experience is the best it can be.</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><span>Responsiblities:</span></p><p class="MsoNormal"></p><ul><li><span>Support all functions with recruitment needsfor existing and new positions</span></li><li>Responsible forposting vacancies both on our careers site and external job boards</li><li>Organise any external advertising with thirdparties, including Universities, and bespoke job boards</li><li>Actively source candidates for Crew from avariety of sources ensuring both suitability and fit</li><li>Build a talent pool of candidates for highturnover roles</li><li>Carry out targeted head hunting where required</li><li>Drive new ways of attracting talent and usesocial networking to engage and excite</li><li>Organise assessment centres where required forroles</li><li>Conducting telephone interviews for vacanciesto assess suitability</li><li>Maintain and build relationships with ourrecruitment partners</li><li>Maintain consistency and quality of allrecruitment activity from start to finish, ensuring this is also best practiceof internal managers and key partners alike.</li><li>Reporting into the Talent Manager to keepupdated on progress with sourcing candidates</li></ul><div><b>Key Skills &amp; Experience:</b></div><p class="MsoNormal"><i>Essential– </i></p><div><p class="MsoNormal"></p><ul> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills,.</li> <li class="MsoNormal">Strong IT skills. </li> <li class="MsoNormal">A strong team player</li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span class="arial11151">Confidence and enthusiasm</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span class="arial11151">An ability to build relationships and communicate effectively at all levels</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span class="arial11151">Initiative and creativity</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span class="arial11151">Self-motivation and a can do attitude</span></li> <li class="MsoNormal"><span class="arial11151">A high attention to detail</span></li></ul></div></div></div></div><!----><!---->
