You will lead projects from concept to completion, ensuring delivery <strong>on time, on budget, and on brand</strong>.</p><p><strong><u>What You’ll Own &amp; Drive</u></strong></p><p><strong>Lead New Store Openings</strong></p><ul><li>Manage the full project lifecycle, including site feasibility, design coordination, procurement, build, fit-out, and handover.</li><li>Deliver seamless, high-impact store openings that support our ambitious expansion plans.</li></ul><p><strong>Elevate Existing Spaces</strong></p><ul><li>Oversee store refits, rebrands, and remodels across the existing estate.</li><li>Minimise operational disruption while maximising customer experience and commercial performance.</li></ul><p><strong>Collaborate to Create Impact</strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with Design, Retail, Visual Merchandising, Facilities, and Operations teams.</li><li>Ensure consistency of brand standards and execution across all locations.</li></ul><p><strong>Manage Multiple Projects at Pace</strong></p><ul><li>Control budgets, programmes, contractors, and stakeholders across a varied project portfolio.</li><li>Identify risks early, solve problems proactively, and keep projects moving forward with confidence.</li></ul><p><strong><u>What You’ll Bring</u></strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in retail project management with a track record of delivering multi-site projects.</li><li>Strong understanding of construction, fit-out processes, and design coordination.</li><li>Outstanding organisational and project management skills—able to juggle multiple deadlines with ease.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.</li><li>A proactive, problem-solving mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.</li><li>Passion for design, innovation, and creating memorable retail experiences.</li><li>Flexibility and willingness to travel nationwide.</li><li>Proficiency in CAD&nbsp;or experience working closely with CAD drawings.
