In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our product data across multiple platforms.<br><br>Working within a small, collaborative team, you will support the day-to-day operations of wilko, The Range and Homebase, ensuring product information, pricing, promotions and orders are managed efficiently and accurately. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in precision.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p><span><ul><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, validate and maintain product data including descriptions, specifications, pricing and imagery</li><li>Update and maintain product information databases, ensuring data is accurate, consistent and current</li><li>Perform regular data quality checks to identify and resolve errors or missing information</li><li>Assist with the creation and management of product listings on e-commerce platforms</li><li>Ensure product data complies with internal standards and industry regulations</li><li>Support data import and export processes</li><li>Generate reports and provide insights into product data trends and performance</li><li>Contribute to continuous improvements in data management processes and tools</li><li>Complete daily uploads of retail and cost pricing across multiple systems</li><li>Generate and upload was/now pricing and multibuy promotions</li><li>Review ended promotions and ensure correct actions are taken</li><li>Monitor and resolve blocked or failed orders within ordering systems</li><li>Assist with weekly processing of promotions.</li><li>Maintain and manage the coupons and vouchers database</li><li>Support additional data and operational tasks as required</li></ul></span><p style="margin-left:36.0pt;">&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Person Specification</strong>:</p><span><ul><li>Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy</li><li>Basic understanding of data management principles and tools</li><li>Proficient in spreadsheet software, particularly Microsoft Excel</li><li>Excellent organisational and time management skills</li><li>Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively</li><li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment</li><li>Previous experience in a similar or data-related role is desirable</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (SAP Commerce) and product data management systems is an advantage</li></ul></span><p><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><span><ul><li>Competitive salary</li><li>Pension</li><li>Long service awards</li><li>Employee discount</li><li>Cycle to work scheme</li></ul></span><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Position: </strong>Permanent, Full-time</p><p><strong>Hours:</strong> Monday – Friday, 08:45am – 17:30pm.</p><p><strong>Location: </strong>Plymouth, Devon</p><p>&nbsp;</p></div><div class="row" style="margin-top: 5vh;"><div class="col-xs-12 col-sm-4 col-sm-offset-4">
