From market research to contract negotiation, you’ll thrive in a dynamic environment, overseeing mid to high level complexity projects simultaneously. </div><div><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Strategic Sourcing for Indirect categories</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Lead and deliver sourcing initiatives, including supplier/industry analysis, benchmarking, and cost structure evaluation.</li><li>Propose procurement decisions that are data-driven, compliant, and aligned with business goals.</li><li>Identify innovative opportunities to add value through sourcing strategies.</li></ul><p><strong>Tender Management </strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Manage mid-to-high value and complexity tenders, from market research to supplier selection.</li><li>Create tender packs, propose and complete scorecards.</li><li>Present clear and commercially sound recommendations to stakeholders.</li></ul><p><strong>Negotiations &amp; Contracting</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Prepare and confidently lead negotiation meetings, ensuring both technical and commercial aspects are addressed.</li><li>Influence outcomes to achieve strong commercial value for Lidl.</li><li>Draft and negotiate contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance across all terms.</li></ul><p><strong>Category Development &amp; Innovation</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Support the rollout of new procurement categories and onboarding processes, as needed</li><li>Recommend creative and practical service delivery models and sourcing approaches.</li><li>Identify and implement category improvements using insights from internal and external trends.</li></ul><p><strong>Contract &amp; Supplier Relationship Management</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Oversee the contract lifecycle, including renewals, amendments, and performance tracking.</li><li>Foster strong supplier relationships and continuously seek opportunities for performance improvement.</li></ul><p><strong>Stakeholder Collaboration &amp; Reporting</strong></p><ul type="disc"><li>Engage with stakeholders across departments to understand their needs and translate them into procurement strategies.</li><li>Present updates, insights, and proposals clearly and confidently to senior management.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor by managing expectations, navigating challenges, and delivering commercially sound outcomes.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>

</div><div><p>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>Solid experience in a procurement role</li><li>Experience with indirect procurement categories highly desirable – Professional Services, soft and hard FM, Property, Construction, HR, etc.</li><li>CIPS level 4 or substantial proven relevant experience</li><li>Experience working with suppliers, contract management and tendering</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Effective negotiator and confident presenter</li><li>Ability to independently engage senior stakeholders, navigate change, and adapt procurement strategies to shifting business priorities</li><li>Ability to manage multiple complex projects concurrently within tight deadlines</li><li>Ability to handle and interpret large volumes of data (both numeric and narrative)</li><li>Strong knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint/Google Sheets and Google Slides</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
