Making sure to celebrate success along the way.</li><li>Inspiring your team to feel valued and get involved in making the store the best it can be.</li><li>Manage the store KPI report, Costa Check and Listen and Learn then look for trends and opportunities to grow your business.</li><li>Training and developing your team to reach their full potential.</li><li>Owning the health and safety within the store.</li></ul><p><strong>A bit about you</strong></p><p>A passion for coffee and people is just start of what we’re looking for.
