You'll lead the creation of a secure, scalable operational platform designed first and foremost for <strong data-start="794" data-end="808">developers</strong>. Our goal? Your platform will power how teams across the business build, ship, and operate software — safely, quickly, and with confidence.</p><h4 data-start="1079" data-end="1093">The Role</h4><p data-start="1094" data-end="1323">As <strong data-start="1097" data-end="1141">Platform Engineering Manager (DevSecOps)</strong>, you'll lead a talented team of engineers and shape both the <strong data-start="1203" data-end="1226">technical direction</strong> and the <strong data-start="1235" data-end="1256">DevSecOps culture</strong>.
