Reporting directly to the Head of Ecommerce, this is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a £5m+ annual performance marketing budget, covering PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting, and Prospecting across multiple household brands.</p><p>You'll play a pivotal role in maximising profitability, ensuring campaigns deliver against ROI and growth targets, and keeping the business at the forefront of digital marketing innovation.</p><p><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p>As Performance Marketing Manager, you will:</p><ul><li>Take ownership of PPC, Affiliates, Retargeting and Display to deliver ROI and growth.</li><li>Optimise campaign performance across all channels to maximise profitability.</li><li>Run a structured testing and continuous improvement programme.</li><li>Manage feeds, product data and creative to maximise ad visibility and click-through.</li><li>Carry out analytical deep dives to identify issues and implement corrective actions.</li><li>Align paid media activity with trading priorities and promotional calendars.</li><li>Collaborate with suppliers on co-funded campaigns and data-sharing.</li><li>Produce reporting at all levels - channel, campaign, supplier and product - with actionable insights.</li><li>Stay ahead of industry trends by adopting new tools, platform updates and best practice.</li><li>Support the wider Ecommerce team with digital marketing opportunities.</li></ul><p><strong>About you:</strong></p><p>We're looking for a commercially-minded digital marketer with:</p><ul><li>3+ years' experience optimising paid campaigns (Google Ads essential).</li><li>Proven track record of hitting ROAS/ROI targets and adapting strategies accordingly.</li><li>Experience running structured testing and optimisation programmes.</li><li>Strong commercial acumen and the ability to align marketing with trading priorities.</li><li>Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Google Analytics and Excel.</li><li>Familiarity with affiliate platforms/networks and campaign management.</li><li>Knowledge of tagging, tracking and attribution models (advantageous).</li><li>Collaborative style, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships.</li></ul><p>This is a fantastic chance to step into a <strong>high-impact, ownership role</strong> within a trusted and respected UK retail group.
