As a People Co-ordinator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of our business by supporting the delivery of accurate and timely people services, while providing excellent customer service to colleagues across the company.</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;"> </p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><strong>The Role</strong></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;">We’re looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic People Co-ordinator to join our friendly People & Learning team on a 12-month fixed-term contract.</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;">In this role, you’ll provide essential administrative support, ensuring all people matters are processed accurately, efficiently, and in line with organisational policies, procedures, best practice and employment legislation.</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing" style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color:#EE0000"> </span></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"> </p><p class="MsoNoSpacing">· Update and maintain people systems with accurate information;</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing">· Provide input that touches on all aspects of the employee lifecycle;</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing">· Support with recruitment needs, onboarding and contracting;</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing">· Work collaboratively to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing">· Liaise and correspond with colleagues across the Company via email, telephone, Teams, letters and face-to-face;</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing">· Exposure to employee relations cases through support of the Regional People Partners.</p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><span style="color:#EE0000"> </span></p><p class="MsoNormal"><strong>The successful candidate will have:</strong></p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpFirst">· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels;</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Excellent administration and strong organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail;</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Excellent IT skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office;</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpMiddle">· Proven HR experience with ability to support and give first line advice;</p><p class="MsoListParagraphCxSpLast">· CIPD Level 3 qualification or above.</p><p class="MsoNormal"> </p><p class="MsoNoSpacing"><strong>What we have to offer you:</strong></p><p class="MsoNoSpacing">Competitive salary, healthcare, pension, staff discount in our Company owned stores, staff shop, incremental holiday and sick pay schemes, a friendly and supportive team environment and potential for the role to become permanent.</p><p style="min-height: 1.7em;"></p></div></div>
