Main areas of focus will be managing change, employee relations, supporting and upskilling managers, driving performance and talent management. You’ll identify and create people focused solutions and tools and ensure these are implemented and embedded effectively. As part of a team of Business Partners you’ll have the support of your peers and other People teams to collaborate with. You’ll act as a visible advocate for our purpose and values, creating an environment where are values are demonstrated consistently.</p><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Diverse industry &amp; HR expertise, with proven success in partnering roles in large and complex Warehouse environments</li><li>Experience of working within a unionised setting</li><li>Experience of working within a highly customer centric or retail environment</li><li>Hands on knowledge and experience in all aspects of employee lifecycle&nbsp;including employee relations, talent management, organisational design, and engagement</li><li>Ability to establish effective relationships in order to collaborate, persuade and influence</li><li>Able to shape &amp; lead design and delivery of initiatives/change projects</li><li>Can interpret and analyse data and propose actions to drive positive change</li><li>Assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks</li></ul><h3>Additional Information</h3><p>Frasers Champion- Our employees are at the heart of our&nbsp;business&nbsp;and we ensure individuals are recognised every single month for their hard work.
