Main areas of focus will be managing change, employee relations, supporting and upskilling managers, driving performance and talent management. You’ll identify and create people focused solutions and tools and ensure these are implemented and embedded effectively. As part of a team of Business Partners you’ll have the support of your peers and other People teams to collaborate with.
