As Team Manager you will be responsible for leading a team of HR experts to deliver the required HR KPIs, Data and Reporting the business needs to operate effectively, as well as providing more in-depth people analytics to support strategic business decisions. In addition, you will be responsible for the design and execution of the annual total reward strategy (compensation & benefits) to ensure a competitive, market -oriented and cost effective remuneration package is offered for all colleagues nationally.</p><p> </p><p>At Lidl, we offer a hybrid working model to give you the best of both worlds. </div><div><p> </p><p><strong>People Analytics </strong></p><ul><li>Planning and monitoring of national HR KPI’s and the provision of standardised HR reporting to document business progress.</li><li>Extrapolating, analysing, and advising on HR data from within SAP, Sucessfactor and other linked HR systems, to provide timely HR reporting needed for business decisions.</li><li>Conceptual design and implementation of new HR reporting opportunities and data visualisation tools to provide further insight to the business</li><li>Collaboration activities with other HR Business areas, Head Office teams and International departments on the topic of HR KPI, Data and Reporting </li></ul><p><strong>Total Rewards</strong></p><ul><li>Planning, design, evaluation and delivery of all employee compensation and benefit offerings such as; hourly and salaried pay scales, enhanced premiums, pay incentives, mandatory and voluntary benefits, pension schemes, insurance schemes.</li><li>Preparation, analysis and communication of annual market benchmarking, external employment market data, competitor compensation data, job and position analysis. </li><li>Data collection, processing and analysis for total reward projects and bespoke compensation solutions. </li><li>Organisation of Total Reward information events and communication campaigns for various colleague groups.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll need</u></h2>
</div><div><p> </p><ul><li>Strong leadership skills with experience of delivering on HR Data and Total Reward strategies</li><li>An analytical mind-set with the ability to both process data and deliver meaningful analysis from a data.</li><li>Experience using standard SAP transactions to extract HR and Payroll data </li><li>Advanced Excel or Google sheets skills are essential and experience using business intelligence software would be beneficial</li><li>Strong presentation skills with the ability to summarize complex data sets into key findings and recommendations for action </li><li>Advanced numeracy skills would be beneficial</li><li>Exceptional planning, organisational and delegation skills to meet manage multiple workstreams simultaneously and ensure deadlines are met.</li><li>Be a driven and independent thinker, using their own initiative to set the department objective and priorities.</li><li>Exceptional communication skills with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the business and deliver the right level of detail effectively and understandably.</li><li>Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to persuade and convince others.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2><u>What you'll receive</u></h2>
