Whatever it is, there is something magical and unmistakeable about each one of them.</p><p>As we continue to grow the UK business, we are looking fora highly commercial and operation-minded Key Account Operations Coordinator tojoin our growing Operations team and manage a portfolio of house accounts.</p><p>The main focus of this role is supporting on the day-to-daycommunication &amp; administration with both the 3PL, Clients and UK Sales teamto ensure a smooth end-to-end process is maintained.</p><p>Our goal is to become the number one go-to leading soft toybrand for all ages globally. You will work incredibly closely andcollaboratively with our Business Development Manager, Account Managers as weembark on growing Jellycat.</p><p>There is a great ‘can-do’ team culture here at Jellycat,and it’s important that you are not only a self-starting ambassador and salesperson for Jellycat but are a great team player willing to get involved in whatneeds to be done in order to achieve great things in the UK<br></p><p><strong>You'll be;</strong></p><ul> <li>Responsible for aportfolio of distributor/retailer accounts as the first point of contactfor all general queries and determining who can internally resolvequeries/find solutions.</li> <li>Keying orders onto oursystem accurately when receipted from distributors/account managers</li> <li>Ensuring system dataintegrity at all times (sku’s/qty/customer’s info/dates) for the accountsyou are responsible for.</li> <li>Liaising with the supplychain to ensure timely delivery of all orders.</li> <li>The key business ownerof all of retailer/distributor operational requirements</li> <li>Supporting the businessdevelopment managers in the overall growth of the accounts and providingsupport wherever required to achieve annual budgets.</li> <li>Assistingwith administrative tasks to help support the Business DevelopmentManager, Sales team, and Operations.</li> <li>Maintaining high levelsof communication that include weekly internal meetings, regular virtualmeetings and range reviews with customers alongside the BusinessDevelopment Manager and Sales Team.</li> <li>Helping to train/guidenew team members when required.</li> <li>Liaising with creditcontrol on payments.</li> <li>Checking and maintainingcustomer data.</li> <li>Providing clear andregular updates to the Account Managers.</li> <li>Ability to takeownership, work independently, whilst also being good at taking direction.</li> <li>Managing back orders,ensuring they are consolidated &amp; able to ship.</li> <li>Stock availabilitychecking &amp; allocation across warehouses &amp; origins.</li></ul><p><strong><strong>You'll have;</strong></strong></p><ul> <li>Ideally 1-2 yearsof proven experience in an Account Executive/ Customer Service role.</li> <li>A high level of accuracyand attention to detail.</li> <li>Proficiency in Excel,Powerpoint, SAP.</li> <li>Good communication,building strong professional relationships and presenting skills.</li> <li>A personable andpositive mindset with the ability to think outside the box.</li> <li>The ability to remainmindful of the Jellycat ‘tone’ and communication style associated with ourbrand.</li></ul></div>
