Passion for and expertise on timepieces should come as standard and creating magical moments will be part of your everyday environment. Our Cardiff OMEGA Showroom team assist 38.75 hours per week, 5 days out of 7.</span></p><p><br><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><strong>Here is How We See Your Role</strong>:&nbsp;</span></p><ul><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Providing customers with the product knowledge they need to select from the OEMGA timepiece collections and enable them to make an informed purchase, while looking after their best interests.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Leave customers with the feeling they received the best service.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Developing in-depth knowledge of OMEGA watch collections and conveying this with pride and enthusiasm consistently.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Attract new customers by responding to inbound lead enquiries (made online, on the phone or walk-ins) to qualify the OMEGA watch needs of prospective customers.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Strive to achieve sales targets in line with store figures, being ever mindful of personal targets.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Communicate to a high standard with colleagues and share any insights or feedback from the sales process.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Maintaining excellent presentation of our new OMEGA showroom.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Following up with customers after their purchase for after-care issues and to request reviews.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Take personal responsibility for stock handling, stock takes and timepiece counts.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><strong>The Perfect Person We are Looking For:</strong></span></p><ul><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Will have a drive and passion to develop in-depth knowledge and secure sales of luxury OMEGA timepieces.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Hold a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, while providing an excellent level of customer service.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Be able to demonstrate luxury retail sales experience (does not need to be watches specific).</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Have an ability to quickly build trust and rapport with clients and the wider Laings team.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Be able to show commitment to driving client loyalty through exceptional customer service standards and a genuine interest in their needs.</span></li><li style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">Confident ability to work both as part of a team and by using own initiative.</span></li></ul><p></p><p><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);"><strong>Why Laings?</strong></span></p><p><span style="color: rgb(24, 35, 51);">We are focused on creating an inclusive culture that nurtures individuality, personal and professional growth, contributing to driving our proud legacy of Laings.
