<dt class="rm-fieldTitle">Description</dt><dd class="rm-fieldData"><p><strong>National Account Manager - FMCG / E-Commerce Retail</strong></p><ul><li>Circa £60K base salary, plus car allowance, bonus, and comprehensive benefits.</li><li>Based in Buckinghamshire, with 4 days in the office per week.</li></ul><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>National Account Manager</strong> to join a fast-growing FMCG business, managing a portfolio of major retailer / e-commerce accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead commercial growth, maximise account performance, and develop long term business relationships.</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Act as the lead <strong>National Account Manager</strong> for your assigned accounts, delivering on revenue, margin, and profitability targets.</li><li>Develop and implement strategic account plans that drive business growth and customer engagement.</li><li>Build strong, multi-level relationships with key stakeholders across e-commerce and retail channels.</li><li>Analyse market trends, sales data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities and manage risks.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and trade teams to execute promotional activity, ensuring brand visibility and performance.</li><li>Coach and manage a direct report, providing guidance to ensure objectives are met and teams perform at their best.</li></ul><p><strong>What We're Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven track record as a <strong>National Account Manager</strong>, ideally managing large scale e-commerce or high street accounts in FMCG</li><li>Strong commercial acumen, with experience delivering profitable growth and executing strategic account plans.</li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills across multiple levels.</li><li>Data driven approach, using sales insight and market intelligence to inform decision-making.</li><li>Organised, proactive, and target-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to commit to 4 days a week in the South East office.</li></ul><p>This is a brilliant opportunity for a commercially minded professional to step into a <strong>National Account Manager</strong> role, delivering growth and strategic impact across key e-commerce and retail accounts.</p><p>BBBH34173</p><p data-start="171" data-end="251"> </p></dd>
