The business has grown rapidly in recent years and has ambitious plans to continue expanding its market presence.</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">As a National Account Manager, you will take ownership of the strategic growth within key Grocery accounts, developing and executing brand strategies that drive visibility, distribution and revenue.</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt;">Key responsibilities - National Account Manager:</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Lead brand strategy and execution across assigned Grocery account portfolio</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Increase product distribution and visibility within key accounts</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Plan and implement promotional activity in line with strategy and customer needs</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Manage pricing, promotions, trading terms, and account investments</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Develop and execute Joint Business Plans with key accounts</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Analyse account performance and provide regular reporting</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Lead New Product Development implementation with retailers</span></p><p><strong><span style="font-size: 8pt;">What you'll bring - National Account Manager:</span></strong></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Experience in National Account Management within FMCG, managing Grocery accounts</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Ambition and a real drive to succeed</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">· Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships internally and externally</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">If you are a National Account Manager looking to play a key role in a rapidly growing FMCG business and make a real impact in 2026, we would love to hear from you!</span></p><p><span style="font-size: 8pt;">BH35007</span></p></dd>
