Reporting into the Country Manager, the <strong data-start="330" data-end="359">Marketplace Account Manager</strong> will work across Ecommerce and Wholesale channels to deliver sustainable revenue and support long-term market growth. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to progress within a successful, fast-paced and collaborative environment.</p><h2 data-start="609" data-end="638"><strong data-start="612" data-end="636">Key Responsibilities in t</strong>he Position of <strong data-start="643" data-end="672">Marketplace Account Manager</strong> will:</h2><ul data-start="681" data-end="1837"><li data-start="681" data-end="841"><p data-start="683" data-end="841">Manage relationships with key external Ecommerce partners; including major department stores and online specialists to ensure strong, profitable trading.</p></li><li data-start="842" data-end="949"><p data-start="844" data-end="949">Work with partners to refine product ranges, enhance visibility and improve overall online performance.</p></li><li data-start="950" data-end="1071"><p data-start="952" data-end="1071">Oversee the external logistics warehouse partner, ensuring efficient daily operations and optimal stock availability.</p></li><li data-start="1072" data-end="1176"><p data-start="1074" data-end="1176">Plan and execute marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns in partnership with internal teams.</p></li><li data-start="1177" data-end="1303"><p data-start="1179" data-end="1303">Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, shaping joint business plans and tracking performance against agreed targets.</p></li><li data-start="1304" data-end="1397"><p data-start="1306" data-end="1397">Maintain accurate product information, pricing and online content across all concessions.</p></li><li data-start="1398" data-end="1490"><p data-start="1400" data-end="1490">Support the UK Wholesale channel and help maximise retailer opportunities in the market.</p></li><li data-start="1491" data-end="1607"><p data-start="1493" data-end="1607">Identify new Ecommerce growth channels, including marketplaces, drop-ship models and emerging digital platforms.</p></li><li data-start="1608" data-end="1709"><p data-start="1610" data-end="1709">Collaborate with internal functions to contribute to the wider Ecommerce strategy for the region.</p></li><li data-start="1710" data-end="1837"><p data-start="1712" data-end="1837">Work closely with Logistics, Operations and IT to build scalable operational processes and support future market expansion.</p></li></ul><h2 data-start="1844" data-end="1875"><strong data-start="1847" data-end="1873">What We're Looking For in the Position of</strong> <strong data-start="1886" data-end="1915">Marketplace Account Manager</strong> will bring:</h2><ul data-start="1930" data-end="2863"><li data-start="1930" data-end="2021"><p data-start="1932" data-end="2021">A degree-level qualification (or equivalent) in business, marketing or a related field.</p></li><li data-start="2022" data-end="2156"><p data-start="2024" data-end="2156">Experience within an Ecommerce environment - ideally within a premium brand working with major retailers and marketplace partners.</p></li><li data-start="2157" data-end="2306"><p data-start="2159" data-end="2306">Strong understanding of operational processes, including experience with middleware tools, third-party fulfilment partners and trading platforms.</p></li><li data-start="2307" data-end="2397"><p data-start="2309" data-end="2397">Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and problem-solve.</p></li><li data-start="2398" data-end="2498"><p data-start="2400" data-end="2498">Background in sales, account management, business development or client relationship management.</p></li><li data-start="2499" data-end="2570"><p data-start="2501" data-end="2570">Self-motivation, proactivity and the ability to work independently.</p></li><li data-start="2571" data-end="2641"><p data-start="2573" data-end="2641">Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels.</p></li><li data-start="2642" data-end="2701"><p data-start="2644" data-end="2701">Strong negotiation skills and high attention to detail.</p></li><li data-start="2702" data-end="2756"><p data-start="2704" data-end="2756">Proven organisation and time management abilities.</p></li><li data-start="2757" data-end="2863"><p data-start="2759" data-end="2863">Understanding of the UK market landscape, competition and retail distribution channels (advantageous).</p><p data-start="2759" data-end="2863"> </p><p data-start="2759" data-end="2863">Apply today to find out more.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p>BH<span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">34945</span></p></div></div></div></dd>
