If you’re organised, creative, and eager to develop your marketing skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, this is your chance to make an impact and grow with a leading outdoor brand. </p></div><div><p><span style="text-decoration: underline;">The <strong>Impact </strong>you will have in this role is</span>: </p></div><div><p><strong>Retail Activations & Campaign Support </strong></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Support the planning and coordination of retail activations, window campaigns, and POS rollouts. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Liaise with suppliers, agencies, and internal teams </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Assist with creative and print briefs for retail graphics, fixtures, and in-store materials. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Track and manage stock, POS, and unitary inventory </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Support store communication around upcoming campaigns and activations. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Research competitors and seasonal retail trends to inform future activations. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Support the coordination and delivery of event and exhibition materials where required. </p></li></ul></div><div><p><strong>General Marketing & Brand Support </strong></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Collaborate with brand and digital teams to ensure campaign alignment across all channels. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Support in preparing marketing collateral, presentations, and internal communication materials. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Assist with photoshoot coordination and sample tracking when required. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Maintain image and asset libraries, ensuring all files are organised, tagged, and accessible. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Contribute to campaign reporting, trend research, and competitor insights. </p></li></ul></div><div><p><em>A full job description outlining all deliverables and requirements for the above can be found attached to the advert on our careers page. </em><br> <br><span style="text-decoration: underline;">As our future <strong>Marketing Assistant</strong><strong> </strong>you will have:</span> </p></div></div><div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>strong understanding of the outdoor industry, including key trends, target audiences </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>1 year’s marketing experience, preferably with some experience of fashion marketing? </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Highly organised, proactive, and reliable. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Confident using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Experience using project management platforms (e.g. Monday.com, Asana, Trello) is an advantage. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Willingness to travel occasionally and support out-of-hours retail events where needed. </p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p>Ability to work within a budget?
