This person needs to be a broad marketing and comms. professional (across all channels incl. digital, social media, events, email/mailing, comms etc.) who will work closely with the Capital Appeal Manager, the Head of Brand, Marcomms and PR and the Strategic Comms Manager to create and execute impactful marcomms campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and revenue in support of the Big Bases capital appeal.</p><p>The role will share in the responsibility of achieving marketing driven funding of at least £900k over the 12 months utilising the above channels and any others that may assist such as Crowdfunding, Twitch etc.</p><p><strong>🚀</strong><strong> What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Education</strong>:<ul><li>Ideally a degree in Marketing (r CIM equivalent)</li></ul></li><li><strong>Experience</strong>:<ul><li>Minimum f 5 years’ experience in a broad marketing role</li><li>Prven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel marketing campaigns.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Skills</strong>:<ul><li>Strng understanding of marketing principles, especially within fundraising or sales contexts.</li><li>Excellent prject management and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.</li><li>Prficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management, DotDigital or similar).</li><li>Strng analytical skills and experience in data interpretation to drive strategic decisions.</li><li>Exceptinal written and verbal communication skills.</li></ul></li><li><strong>Personal Attributes</strong>:<ul><li>Self-motivated, results-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.</li><li>Excellent interpersnal skills, able to build strong relationships with stakeholders and team members.</li><li>Passinate about the charity sector, with a commitment to supporting lifesaving work and community impact.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong><em>💛</em></strong><strong><em> What’s In It For You:</em></strong></p><p>At TAAS, you’ll be part of a passionate and committed charity that’s making a real difference every day.
