<h3 class="theme-panel-header text-2xl pb-6 theme-vacancy-section-title">About the role</h3><p>As Commercial Loyalty Assistant you will support the Loyalty Manager in the delivery of a profitable loyalty P&amp;L enabling the commercial targets for Matalan Me.</p><ul><li>Working with Commercial Finance to report performance of loyalty benefits on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis.</li><li>Set up, test and implement discount codes and promotions for broadcast and targeted activity.</li><li>Ensure Reward account functionality and journeys are as required for each campaign.</li><li>Own the store communication brief for new offers and trade driving activity,</li><li>Work with Trade planning &amp; Merchandising and Brand to recommend, forecast, measure and deliver the loyalty promotional strategy.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with trade planning, merchandising and brand to recommend and deliver attractive offers for loyalty customers (both broadcast and discreet personalised offers).&nbsp;</li><li>Work Commercial Finance to forecast and measure the performance of Matalan Me benefits</li></ul><div class="absolute bottom-2 right-2"><button onclick="scrollToTop()" class="theme-primary p-2 rounded-lg flex"><i translate="no" class="material-symbols-outlined"> arrow_upward </i></button></div>
