<h2>About the role</h2><p>As the sole Lead Product Manager for Booker’s Websites &amp; Apps, you own the vision, roadmap, and delivery of our digital customer experience. This role is key to delivering a world-class online shopping experience for our customers across web and mobile channels. You will lead a team responsible for developing secure, scalable, and customer-centric digital solutions that enhance satisfaction and contribute to business profitability. &nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p>The Online Shopping team is responsible for the end-to-end customer experience across the Wholesale Booker.co.uk website and mobile app, along with the supporting digital infrastructure. &nbsp;Booker.co.uk is the fastest-growing online wholesale website in the UK, currently generating £3.5 billion, with projections to exceed £4 billion within the next two years. The site attracts approximately 3 million users, number expected to grow in line with increasing demand and sales performance.</p><h2>Main Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and delivery for Booker’s websites and mobile applications (iOS and Android).</li><li>Lead the delivery of new features, functionality, and enhancements, ensuring high quality and timely execution.</li><li>Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external service providers, and development teams to execute web and app projects.</li><li>Champion a seamless, efficient, and personalised digital experience from customer registration through to checkout.</li><li>Drive innovation by identifying and implementing features that simplify and elevate the customer journey.</li><li>Act as the key liaison for all digital product-related initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals and technology capabilities.</li><li>You will lead a cross-functional team, including Business Analysts and the UX/UI Design &amp; Research team, ensuring alignment and collaboration across all stages of product development.</li><li>Reporting to the Head of Web Technology, you will be responsible for owning the full product lifecycle from discovery and continuous improvement.&nbsp;</li></ul><h2>You will need</h2><p>We’re seeking a self-driven, highly motivated, and experienced Lead Product Manager with a strong background in digital product delivery.
