In this role, you will lead a team of FP&A analysts, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making across the organization. You’ll act as a key business partner to cross-functional teams and senior leadership, helping translate financial insights into actionable plans.</p><p></p><p><b>What You’ll Do:</b></p><ul><li><span>Develops/Uses existing model to budget Profit & Loss (P&L) and Capital items</span>, with emphasis on commercial performance</li><li><span>Works directly with Senior business leaders</span> to develop a <span>participative annual budget for all North American entities and departments</span> for wholesale and DTC business units</li><li>Works with business units to develop <span>full P&L and CapEx monthly forecasts</span></li><li><span>Prepare, from multiple sources, a monthly management report that informs management of activity</span> within the business</li><li><span>New Business Development Modeling and Business Case Documentation</span></li><li><span>Develop a KPI dashboard;</span> investigate results, and <span>recommend actions to management to</span> improve operational performance</li><li><span>Works closely with the finance team members</span> to assist in the <span>preparation of monthly financial reports</span> to ensure accuracy in financial performance reporting and in preparation of channel P&L’s</li><li>Prepares ad hoc analysis as required</li><li><span>Lead, manage, mentor and coach two direct reports</span> with an emphasis on employee development and deadline management</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Let’s Talk About You:</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.</li><li>Experience with financial reporting tools, ERP systems, and advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Strong business acumen with the ability to provide actionable insights to senior management.</li><li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.</li><li>CPA, CFA, or other relevant certifications (a plus).</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Working Conditions</b></p><ul><li>Hybrid environment</li></ul><p></p><p><b>What’s in it For You?</b></p><ul><li>A company built on Canadian roots and heritage</li><li>Your work is recognized with a comprehensive and competitive Total Rewards Program</li><li>Opportunities for career growth through numerous internal and external programs</li><li>Recognize and be recognized by your peers with our Goose Rewards & ICON Rewards</li><li>Be a part of<span> </span><i>CG Gives</i>.
